We are very satisfied with the whole arrangement – everything worked perfectly! Isfjord Radio was an amazing experience, and we even jumped into the sea. We saw a polar bear at Alkehornet, as well as seals, an arctic fox, bird cliffs, Svalbard reindeer, and a walrus colony. We also managed a trip to Pyramiden and got to see the glacier. Everything we could dream of!

That the weather showed itself from its very best side for 3 out of 5 days made our northern Norwegian holiday extra beeeeautiful. Among many wonderful proposals from GET Norway Travel, we chose beautiful Dovrefjell with a musk ox safari and private guide – very well-arranged trip. Our guide was knowledgeable, and we had a pleasant stay at Hjerkinn Mountain Lodge, which serves real, homemade food. There were many activity options, and we chose the summit trip to Snøhetta. So nice to book tailor-made experiences in our own country!

A tailor-made journey to Svalbard in top class! We are so satisfied with the experiences and the very good service from GET Norway Travel. Longyearbyen was as expected, and the dog sledding was great fun. The trip to Isfjord Radio turned out to be the experience of a lifetime. We hiked across the tundra hoping to see walruses, and after 9 km we found a large colony sunbathing just 30 meters away! Their smell was intense, but the sight unforgettable. We had lunch while admiring them. In the evening – another gourmet meal. The next day we went on a boat safari, seeing a beautiful glacier, a seal sunbathing on the ice, and polar bear tracks in the sand. The service was impeccable, and the guides were kind and professional. The evening at Funktionærmessen with wine tasting and dinner was a perfect ending to our Svalbard trip. We will gladly return!

The follow-up from Eivind at GET Norway was the best. We were very impressed by the knowledgeable guides during our stay at Isfjord Radio. The meals there were delicious, and the staff both at Isfjord Radio and Basecamp Longyearbyen were so warm and welcoming. All excursions made us want more! RIB trips, magnificent glaciers, Pyramiden, polar bear tracks, walruses, reindeer right outside the door, bird cliffs, and the raw wilderness. I’ll be back!

Everything went smoothly, and it became the perfect 30th birthday gift for Ingeborg. We got exactly the balance we wanted between taking in the impressions of the surroundings and enjoying physical activities in the mountains and at sea.

Thank you for a fantastic trip – everything worked so well. Hjerkinn Mountain Lodge was cozy, with friendly staff and fantastic homemade food. The musk ox safari was a highlight! Our guide, Kim, was excellent and found six musk oxen: two adults, two calves from last year, and two newborns. We had a lovely lunch break, sitting and watching them. We were very happy to have chosen a private trip instead of a group tour.

Our greatest thanks for helping us find two unique hotels on two beautiful islands on the Helgeland coast. Klokkergården is a true gem – the most charming place I’ve ever stayed. The interior is wonderful, with northern Norwegian art on the walls, and the breakfast was filled with delicious local treats. The hotel on Lovund had a fantastic view, which I could enjoy straight from my room. The kayak trip there was also a wonderful experience!

We just came back from some fantastic days on Svalbard! Highlights included a glacier safari by RIB and guided dog sledding on wheels. Memories for life! We are so grateful for the personal follow-up from GET Norway Travel, both in the planning and after returning home. Warmly recommended!
